Publication Frequency
Literature, Culture and Society is dedicated to publishing the best research in an expeditious fashion. The journal has set a particular publication calendar decided by the editorial board which helps in ensuring the regular publication of the research while meeting all the criteria of editorial and peer review.
The frequency of publication will be in accordance with the publishing policy of the journal and will be mentioned at the journal website.
The journal might publish both regular issues and also special issues related to various themes and interdisciplinary areas in literature and cultural studies.

Special Issue Process
Special issues are developed around carefully selected academic themes that reflect current developments in literary and cultural research.
Submissions that follow the Call for Papers receive Initial Editorial Screening, which assesses the appropriateness of the submissions in relation to the theme proposed and in terms of compliance with the journal’s guidelines.
Appropriate submissions will undergo the normal Peer Review Process of the journal, where their evaluation is conducted by experts independent from the journal.
Authors can be invited to make revisions to their submissions in accordance with the suggestions of reviewers before a final editorial decision is made. Finally, the accepted submissions are processed for inclusion in the special issue.
